NIFE is an approved 501c3 non-profit institute dedicated to consumer education throughout the US. 

NIFE seeks out exceptional leaders, educators, and professionals to donate their time as our Faculty members - sharing their experience with others in three key areas:  Real Estate, Investing and Lending.  This experience is shared via live online classes, recorded web classes, and live local events.

NIFE is creating a unique Student experience - allowing a Student to enroll and study at their own pace by selecting specific classes of interest right now.  Students may also follow a curriculum that has been organized from available content by the various Faculty members.  Students may choose to meet with others by setting up their own study group in their local community - they'll receive a class each month with homework they can complete.

Student activities are tracked, and at the end of each class they determine how they would rate the class, with comments on how the class could be improved.  The top content will automatically be featured and recommended based on the Students preferences.  Lower rated content will automatically be deleted monthly to allow the Student community to determine what they most value.
