A 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to unbiased consumer education about the financial benefits and liabilities of owning a house. NIFE seeks out exceptional leaders, educators, and financial professionals to donate their time as Faculty members after they have completed a rigorous training program and passed a series of CLA™ course exams.
These professionals offer free education to help you
make a better educated decision based on your unique situation.
02 the Certified Liability Advisor Designation
A Certified Liability Advisor™ ( CLA™ ) has completed unique training that includes a 7-Step Process designed to aid the borrower in the key decisions to Borrow Smart Repay Smart™.

The strategy starts with selecting the right product to manage risk, the right payment to accomplish cash flow objectives, and then assessing the current availability and amount that best meets today's current borrowing needs. In addition, a plan to manage the objectives, protect the house investment, and discipline an annual review process helps to ensure your borrowing is done in the most efficient way possible. Balancing risk and interest expenses over time through proper liability management.
